1. Do we get charged 3% by credit card payment at the resort? And what about the deposit?
Answer - Guests at Zara Beach Resort are charged 3% more on credit card payments done on site. The Zara Beach Resort does not charge the 3% during the deposit transaction to guarantee a booking.
2.How far to the nearest shops?
Answer - Shops as Restaurants, Bars, Clothing & Shoes, Supermarket, etc. are in between 2 to 10 minutes walking; in fact the main Shopping area in Lamai is developed along the sides of the main road which is 100 meters far from the resort and is over 1 Km long.
3.What is the electrical voltage?
Answer - The electrical voltage is 220-240 volts. If your electrical devices do not support this voltage, please bring a converter with you.
4.What clothing should I bring?
Answer - Weather in Thailand is very hot, humid and very sunny. We recommend you to come here with light clothes, sun-hat and highly protective sun lotion.
5.What are the opening hours of the Zeni Beach Club, Zara Pool Bar and the Spa?
Answer - The Zeni Beach Club opens at 09:00 a.m. until 19:00 p.m. Zara Pool Bar is open from 08:00 a.m. until 23:00 p.m. The Spa opens at 10:00 a.m. until 21:00 p.m.
6.Who will meet me at the Airport, and where do we meet the driver?
Answer - The Driver will meet the guests at the meeting point of the Reception Area (which is right at the exit of the cover passage)
7.What are the differences between Superior Villa and Grand Suite Plunge Pool?
Answer - The main difference is that the Superior Villa does not have a private plunge pool. Moreover the Superior Villa does not comprehend a living room, but only a bedroom and a bathroom.
8.What are the differences between the Grand Suite Plunge Pool and the Garden Plunge Pool?
Answer - The Garden Plunge Pool has an extra feature which is a private garden for its guests to enjoy and relax in absolute tranquility. Beside the private garden is exactly the same as a Grand Suite Plunge Pool.
9.Do you have special set up for Honeymoon?
Answer - We do provide special set up for Honeymooners, Anniversaries, Birthdays or any other important occasion for our guests to remember with an in-room “special touch”.
10.Do you have car or motorbike rental, tours and ticketing?
Answer - At Zara Beach Resort we have an extensive offer of cars and scooters rental, we can also help you to choose and book any tour or activity that you would like to do.
11.How many restaurant do you have in the resort?
Answer - At the moment we do not have our own restaurant but we work closely with the Zeni Beach Club which is a small restaurant on the beach in front of the resort where guests can have breakfast all day long, lunches and early dinners.
12.Are all the villas with sea view or not?
Answer - We have 4 villas with sea view such as Villa 2, Villa 3 and Royal Villa.
13.Can we get early check in and late check out?
Answer - We are more than happy to offer our guests early check in or late check out (until 16:00 o’clock) upon availability. |
